Excel will create a name, and it’s easy to change the pivot table name at any time. While you’re building an Excel pivot table, you don’t have an option to set a name for your pivot table. You can leave that automatic name as it is, or change an Excel pivot table name to something more meaningful, such as “SalesPivot”.
